SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go in Desktop (Actual desktop not Desktop folder)
2. Right click -> Create New -> Folder...
3. Write a name for folder that starts with ":" (colon)

OBSERVED RESULT
Folder created in $HOME

EXPECTED RESULT
folder should be in ~/Desktop
