all action restrictions i use in one file

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create the file /etc/kde5rc
2. create an action restriction for shell access

[KDE Action Restrictions][$i]
shell_access=false


3. restart desktop to make action restriction active

OBSERVED RESULT
when you close dolphin it crashes 

EXPECTED RESULT
no crash
