Secure Delete Dolphin Service Menu for Plasma 5

Hi All,

I have converted Vanbosco's Secure Delete that worked in kde3 and kde4 so
that it works in KDE Plasma 5.  The modified routines are located at

Can these be added to the kde store for others to use, and if so,
how do I go about doing that?
