REVISION SUMMARY
  Alternative to D22051 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D22051> that depends on D22050 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D22050> which ports dolphin to use qt multimedia instead of phonon.
  
  It has some sort of bug when pausing the video : the video output turns complety black.
  That the qt multimedia patch does not have.

TEST PLAN
  In dolphin, click on a video or audio preview in the information panel.
  The video or audio preview starts
