REVISION SUMMARY
  This patch resolves a years lasting discussion about which
  view should be closed when toggling off split view, this adds the option to choose between the active and inactive on the dolphin configuration, and defaults to the current behavior. The old behavior is different of what other file managers offer, so it's a bit difficulty to some KDE newcomers get used to, if they manage to. And since most KDE users are used to the actual way of doing it, I decided to default to the old way.
