D12571: Remove all group boxes from settings window, and adjust UI accordingly

  So VDG has decided to use with the "labels on the left" style going forward (reflecting what was already going on with the System Settings KCM redesign), and the HIG is being updated to reflect this. I'm working on all the pages here to modernize them, including the trash page, which comes from KIO: D12986 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D12986>
  
  What do folks think about the {nnav Nvigation} top-level category? Right now it only has two checkboxes in it. How do people feel about removing that category and moving those checkboxes onto the Behavior page, like this?
