D10698: Adds a new RenameDialog to Dolphin with more options for batch renaming

  Yeah, it's shaping up quite nicely.  Most likely on Sunday I'll update this revision with the latest changes. I'll have to look at a few things regarding batch rename added on D9103 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D9103> which appears to automatically add sequence numbers even though no placeholders were given.
