  There is a way to avoid "blocking":
  
  - Rebase this Diff on D11012 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D11012>
  - Add D11012 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D11012> as a dependent revision via the Edit Related Revisions button (see also here <https://community.kde.org/Infrastructure/Phabricator#Marking_patches_as_dependent_on_other_patches>)
  
  That way, `arc patch` will still work, but the changes can be reviewed in to separate Diffs.
