D10990: Add "Open symlink destination folder" into symlink's context menu

  Let's put it in the File menu, since it's applicable to files (and folders).
  
  Having features available only via context menu is generally a UI mistake, and making sure that items are available in the regular menu is a medium-term goal for Dolphin. See for example https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390757
  
  This is especially safe since Dolphin even hides the menu by default, so casual users won't have to look at an extensive file menu.
