D10085: Faster drag&drop in directories with thousands of files

  It is faster now, from 9.30% to 5.83%.
  The ideal should be, for example, in the form of check another list with only the first item of each folder. 
  But where should that other list be created? deleted in the drop event.
  
  By the way, shouldn't the list be get by calling KUrlMimeData::urlsFromMimeData?
