New and (little lost) Contributor

Hello everyone, so i'm new here i have some skills in C++ and Qt
I've always liked KDE plasma ans tools and have been using it for a while
now and i think it's time for me to giveback to the community.
So i'm looking for a mentor and/or advice.
can anyone suggest a Junior Job that i should start with ?
