REVISION SUMMARY
  Since R824:caf155114b3b <https://phabricator.kde.org/R824:caf155114b3b3b41a26eebd46a938104c2eea9b3>: Added 'Comment' option to metadata config-dialog users can check/uncheck userComments in InfoPanel.
  Because of the same label this obscures the setting for comments stored in the file.

TEST PLAN
  Visual inspection
  Check/Uncheck 'User Comment' and 'Comment' checkboxes.
