IRC channel for Dolphin now available

Hi all,
I've requested an official IRC channel (#kde-fm, managed by the KDE 
freenode group) to discuss and follow the development of Dolphin and 
related projects (e.g. KIO). Commit notifications and phabricator/bugzilla 
integration have been setup.

The channel will also host the discussions about Chinmoy's GSoC project for 
this summer.
