D6382: [WIP] Allow renaming items in read-only locations in dolphin

REVISION SUMMARY
  Dolphin does not allows renaming files in read-only folders. https://phabricator.kde.org/D6381 adds KAuth support to the rename operation. This patch can potentially be used to test the changes. This also intends to provide the final dolphin integration.
