Some of the other repositories have .gitignore and I think dolphin should have it as well.  The entries in this patch are very minimal and are as follows:
apidocs - user generated doc
doxygen.log - log from generating doc
CMakeLists.txt.user - from Qt Creator
.directory - created by dolphin
