Single Instance Dolphin

Hello there,

Recently, I edited dolphin a little bit for my own personal use to 
disallow more than one instance, only single window with multiple tabs 
can be created. I have found this as a wishlist item 
<https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=183429>. I want to contribute my 
edits if it's still wanted by anyone. I don't know the procedure so I 
have just uploaded it to GitHub 
<https://github.com/FadySGhatas/kde-dolphin-single-instance>. I can edit 
my code to match some style guide if necessary.
