Changes

I removed the separator line and I enabled it also for the "timeline" KIO which is also an aggregation of files from all kinds of places, so it is handy to also be able to open the location of these too.

I ported it to Frameworks since I do not have a 4.x install and I cannot test the patch - involved migrating from KUrl::upUrl() to KIO::upUrl()

As I'm not a particular fan of tabbed browsing (at least not in a file manager), I need a "Open Path" action that does neither open a new tab nor a new window. This patch adds this option.
