dolphin website

Emmanuel,

Ok, I moved/copied the content from the philosophy page to
https://userbase.kde.org/Dolphin#Philosophy let me know what you
think. One good advantage of using userbase for this is that it will
get translated to many languages (and by end-users with little barrier
to entry, like svn checkout, etc.) Do you think the dolphin.kde.org
domain should redirect to the userbase page (I think this is the best
option) or the www.kde.org dolphin page? Either is fine with me, let
me known and I'll request it (or you can submit a sysadmin ticket
instead if you want).

BR,
Jeremy
