    Ideally, I would like to put "Location Properties" as first menu item. It should open the File->Properties dialog for the current directory because this dialog also contains some information about free disk space. If this is not easily possible I will remove all the related code and comments from the request.

    Minor issue: Left-click to open the menu, left-click again and see that the menu opens again. I would expect that the second click closes the menu.
    
    I would not mind this issue, but maybe someone knows if is a quick fix for this.
