Moderation policy for kfm-devel

Hi everyone,

as some of you know, I recently started to help with the moderation of
this list, which has mostly been done by Raphael previously (many
thanks for that!).

Two days ago, there was a rather unpleasant incident when I rejected a
message (see the full conversation at the end of this mail). I still
don't see that I did anything wrong, but considering that, to my
knowledge, there never was a discussion about moderation guidelines
for the list, and that I apparently made a user drop Konqueror, I
thought I'd better ask if everyone is OK with this policy:

1. The content of messages sent to the list should be about Konqueror,
one of the KParts embedded into it, or Dolphin.

2. Messages sent to the list should be in English.

3. If either of 1 and 2 is not fulfilled, the message is rejected. If
the message looks like it has been sent by a human, a polite
explanation why the message has been rejected should be given.

If anyone sees a problem with this policy, please let me know.

First I would ask for a little respect since we write and speak your
language and you do not talk to me. I am not new to linux, but despite
liking the kde can not use java which prevents the use of konqueror.
How difficulty in firefox since it is so easy. In the modern world
does not want facilities and difficulties

thanks for your message. I certainly do respect you and all other
users who are having trouble. However, I also ask you to respect that
the language of the mailing list is English. I had the impression that
your original message was in Portuguese. If I got that wrong, feel
