Hello Vishesh,
the problem with nepomuk is gone away. It was not nepomuk's fault at all, something went wrong with the packaging I think. (KDE-unstable repo in Arch Linux)

It works after upgrading to KDE/4.11 from testing repo.

Btw.: Awesome work! Nepomuk is lightning-fast here, a real pleasure to use. :D
