Make Dolphin more accessible in Randa

Morning Peter, Frank and the rest of the kfm-crowd

As you probably heard somewhere there will be another Randa meeting at the end 
of September. This year (beneath other groups) we'd like to focus on 
accessibility (a11y) and bring some blind users together with KDE software.

Thus it would be great to have some of you guys there as well to make Dolphin 
and Konqueror (as main desktop applications) more accessible.

So what do you think? Some free time between the 21st and the 27th of
