Unit test for KItemListController,

Hi,

I've attached a first version of a unit test for KItemListController
(unfortunately, ReviewBoard gave me some error messages when I tried
to upload the patch).

At the moment, it tests only key presses (not including
PageUp/PageDown and Enter so far). It's designed such that one can
easily add new test cases by just adding an item to the test event
list.

The changes in dolphin/src/kitemviews/ are:

1. Add the new test class as friend where necessary.
2. Respect the NoSelection mode.
