Thanks Stuart for your reply. Unfortunately, it seems that version 4 of your patch can't be shown by ReviewBoard, and version 3 is a patch which has to be applied to your earlier patches, which makes it rather hard to review.

To make one commit out of a series of commits, you can do something like "git rebase -i HEAD~3". Enter "squash git commits" into your favourite search engine.

About "sizeof(KToolBar)": my point wasn't that the tool bar uses lots of resources. I meant that what you use the tool bar for is probably not quite what it's been designed for, and I thought that there might be better ways to put a button into the filter bar. The 'close button' of the filter bar doesn't have its own tool bar either.
