posting bugs and "mid air collision" with konqueror/khtml

Hi,

just wanted to know if anybody else sees this problem (openSuse 11.3 with KDE 4.6.3)
Whenever I submit a change to a bug (bugs.kde.org while checking old pending konqueror bugs),
I get a "mid air collision". It seems to me that konqueror submits the form twice.
I have seen the same problem while e.g. subscribing to a KDE mailing list, where I then got
two "confirm subscription" mails.

I can reproduce also with a different testuser.
It seems to me that this problem is rather new (e.g. since 4.6.3 ? not sure)
Is this something known ?
