Konqueror Feature Request

I would like Konqueror to be able to display/update all properties (eg
java, javascript, cookies, plus any other site-specific settings) of a
website on/from a single web page.

This would greatly facilitate running in 'lockdown' mode where normal
operation is nothing enabled unless it needs to be for a specific
website to work properly.

Toolbar Status indicators such as javascript/java/flash present but not
enabled would also be useful.

I would be willing to help with this.
