[PATCH] Get rid of QPainter warnings

Hi,

 I was annoyed by those 
QPainter::begin: A paint device can only be painted by one painter at a 
time.

warnings in KHTML, and I tried to find a solution how to get rid of 
them. The attached patch seems to work, without introducing regressions 
(for me). I tried only with QT_USE_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1 .

 Unfortunately it does not magically fix all the rendering problems with 
input lines, buttons, boxes.
