Patch: KonqOperations::doDropFileCopy()

Hello,

attached is a patch for KonqOperations::doDropFileCopy(), which prevents that 
a "Move Here" action is shown in the case if a directory is dragged into the 
same folder.

Example: the directory /home/peter/Temp is dragged into /home/peter

-> "Move Here" makes no sense (Copy Here and Link Here make sense, as 
automatically a rename dialog is opened).

If this patch can be committed, I'd enable Dolphin/Konqueror to be able doing 
a dragging within the same directory
