KFileDialog: "Parent Folder" button

GNOME doesn't show:

	/ > home >

unless you click the "Up" button, does it?  And, I presume that the user 
doesn't need to see this.

IIUC, you use $HOME for "Documents" and so you want to see "peter". 
However, I use $HOME/Files for "Documents" and have no need to see $HOME 
in the breadcrumbs since I would not normally use the breadcrumbs to get 
there -- I would click "Home" in Places if I wanted to go there.

So, what do you think of my suggestion in my previous message?

Note that I have moved "Up" one place to the right (your right).  Since 
"Up" would take you to the home folder, the icon: "user-home" replaces 
"go-up".  Also I have changed the icon used to get the Places list with 
one that is constant: "view-list-places" (the Oxygen team could probably 
make a better icon).

If we want to have the icon for the current directory, this could be 
added somewhere, but I don't see it as necessary.  Or perhaps we would 
want to also show the icons for the directories if they had been set to 
something other than "folder".
