That means developing those features in the website. Our web development team
is very small.

Not many. They can leave votes and comments, but that's all (AFAIK).

It means you can see all issues tied to your license account (again AFAIK).
Since open source developers have no license account, there's no grouping.

Understood. I also think there should be a few more facilities to aid
reporters as well as us developers. It's just that those demand time to be
implemented and that's always in short supply.
