KJS namespaces for cacheGlobalObject

Attached a patch that I think tidies away the GCC_ROOT_NS_HACK in KJS. For 
SunPro, it puts everything in namespace KJS and accesses it there -- this 
compiles, though I haven't seen it run. On GCC 3.4 it compiles as well.

Does this make any sense at all? I know I need it to get kdelibs to compile on 
Solaris. I don't have a gcc4 to test against, which the comment suggests is 
the problematic platform here.
