[PATCH] Konqueror: "Show all network operations in the same window" option removal

Hi,

I think this option makes no sense in the "File management" page of
the Konqueror configuration dialog.

This, in theory would decide if kuiserver is shown as a single window
containing all items. Right now, kuiserver is not only limited to
network operations, but IO and miscellaneous usage.

For that reason, I think this option should be removed from our web
navigator Konqueror.

Please tell me if this patch is OK to commit.
