Konqueror unneeded option removal

Hi,

The attached patch removed an unneeded option on Konqueror. We need to think 
about where to place this option (prolly on kuiserver or a KCM), but for sure 
it has nothing to do with Konqueror nowadays.

So, is this OK to commit ?
