Most distributions have a nice wrapper package that (optionally) downloads and 
installs the plugin so it can be used by all browsers, i.e. usually in some 
Mozilla plugin directory which is also in the plugin search path of 
Konqueror.

If you distributions doesn't have such an install helper, follow sam's advice 
on adding the installation path to Konqueror's plugin search path.
