Thanks for the patch, please commit! Just for interest because you mentioned 
in the bug-report:

"Sigh, of course Dolphin just uses the standard Cut action from kdelibs. This 
is exactly why I was so disappointed that nobody of the core developers was 
interested in really solving the shortcut-namespacing issue :("

I did not watch this discussion in detail, but do you know whether it is 
planned to fix this generally in KDE 4.1?
