[PATCH]Fix conflict between cut and delete shortcuts

Hi,

as noted here:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=151601

there's currently a shortcut conflict between the cut and the delete 
action. 

The attached patch fixes this by removing the Shift+Del shortcut when 
creating the Cut action. The alternative would be changing the 
delete-shortcut to something like Ctrl+Del, but that would mean 
breaking with KDE3-behaviour.

May I commit this?
