No, you're doing the right thing with requiring XEmbed. It's the way of
the future. Or at least it's the best thing we have on Unix right now.
Konqueror ought to implement support for XEmbed-enabled plugins. Even
the future versions of Adobe's Flash Player will require this protocol.
