patched kio_http slave

Hi,

Aaron J. Seigo asked me to post my kio http slave patches to this 
list. Here they are, or more precisely, here are the links:

I have a few days off the next week where I'll try to port these to 
kde4. So far I haven't had much luck with kde4, the only thing that 
works here is dolphin :-)

Every now and then I can see a failed assertion in the patched http 
slave. It doesn't seem to be something serious though, it works fine 
here and I did not get bug reports. So if you use a debug version of 
KDE you have been warned :-) I think I'll look into that next week 
too.
