[khtml] Update KDE3 architecture page on developernew.kde.org

Hi,

it would be nice, if a KHTML guy could quickly read through [1].
The original URL was [2] and the title says "KDE 2 ...". So the origin of 
the page is from KDE2 times and thus pretty much outdated I guess.

It's a wiki, it would be really nice if someone can update the part.
