Sandeep,
You might add a tag, you might not add a "html-tag". The html-tags are
described in the HTML-Specification[1] that does not allow for
derivative works in order to preserve interoperability. If everyone
adds custom tags to HTML it creates a mess. If you are interested in
adding stuff to HTML, you should join the HTML Working Group[2]
