PATCH: javascript setTimeout over midnight bug

The attached patch to 3.5 branch fixes a buggle in which timeouts occur much 
sooner than they should if timeout goes over midnight.

Steps to reproduce:

- set your system clock to 23:55
- load test.html
- click the link
- observe the timeout occur immediately instead of after 10 minutes.

Since most patches here are ignored, I'll commit it after 24 hours if I don't 
hear anything :)

It'd be wise for someone working against trunk to apply it there as well (it 
should more or less cleanly)
