[patch] immediately show "link visited" color

Hi,

I'd like to apply the following patch fixing
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24820 (571 votes)
"visited links don't change colour until after they are hovered over with the 
mouse"

It is a trivial change but I'd like to have your comment on if this is binary 
compatible, as I introduce a new signal.
