Anyone working on a "portal page" blocker for Konqueror?

Konqueror can also have plugins. There are several in kdeaddons.
However, remember a serious side-effect possible: if the page is requested
twice but did not trigger the "portal page", you may end up posting some
web information twice. That may very well be unacceptable.
On the other hand, you can easily circumvent this with a cron job and
wget, lynx, curl or even telnet/nc.
BTW, hijacking HTTPS could cause serious problems. ISPs should be made
aware of that.
