Ok I've now changed adblock to store its settings into its own kadblockrc 
config file.

There's now an additional "Import" and "Export" filters on the config which 
will import and export to a file which just happens to be compatible with the 
Firefox AdBlock extension.

Ok to commit this now I have my shiny cvs login?
