I don't see why it's worth it. Leo says it's a big nono, but doesn't state
why. How likely it is that kmail will add an ad blocker to HTML mails? I'd
say between 0 and 1 permille - all in all not worth any effort. So just write
it into a adblockerrc and read that from all apps. And applications not offering
to call addAdFilter won't be able to write, but still read from it.
To the much more important questions: do you have a CVS account already?
