It's much more complex than that (it also depends on transitional/strict doctypes,
xhtml file served as text/html etc.). And this isn't about comparing strings, but
about the case of tagName(), which is either uppercase or lowercase, not "insensitive" :)

The weird thing is that I can't see a change since carewolf's end-of-December update
which would affect this....
