new feature in rellinks: auto-generated links

Hello.

I have this patch for quite some times, and i'd like to commit it so it can go
into KDE 3.5

There is AFAIK no real maintainer of the rellinks plugin (or would it be
me ?) So i'm asking the kfm list for opinions.

The attached patch will guess the next and the previous page from the url.
if the url is something like
http://site.com/page3.html
and if the page doesn't contains any <link> tag, previous and next will point
to page2.html and page4.html

It also work if it ends with ?p=3

This could be usefull on some photo gallery, or old documentations that has
not the <link> tag correctly set.

I would like to have your opinion before committing. Is that a great thing ?
Because the rellinks plugin is supposed to handle <link> tags, and this is not
really a link tag :-)

thanks for your comments.
