Seriously broken CSS in KHTML (current SVN)

Hello,

Seriously broken CSS in KHTML in recent SVN:

- text-align property ignored - everything with it right aligned.
  Normally without that
- some words in lower caps
- in <pre> new line characters ignored

Is it something borked; something local; or something in works?
