Konqueror rendering problem?

Hi all

This is something I have noticed a long time ago, and just didn't take the 
time to report...

It happens in 'Icon view' when i scroll up and down (using the wheel) beeing 
at the end of the list. I don't know how to describe it, so here are two 
screenshots.

You will see that under the last icons there are some 'remainings'
Is this something about konqueror or something else?
