Konqueror: new features proposals

Hello Konqueror developpers,

I am a Konqueror user and I have some ideas about new features that
I'd like to submit to you. Is there a right place (web page, list...)
to share those ideas? Or maybe I should only use the list
kfm-devel at kde.org.
